Position DescriptionPosition Summary:

The successful candidate will provide strategic, analytical, and operational support for the CRM team and will build new marketing programs, refine current best-practices, lead the launch into new marketing channels and help to define CRM within the company. This role will be filled by an individual who will provide the requisite leadership to grow our retention based channels, improving our customer experience and developing marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

* Create and execute customer contact strategies appropriate for the developed segments to drive business objectives.
* Develop, identify and implement strategies to optimize business impact across marketing programs and campaigns.
* Collaborate with various business units and/or vendors to define segments and develop segmentation models using available information including data, analytics, industry trends, market research, and common practices.
* Support DIY and Commercial marketing team in defining campaign targets to increase channel engagement and productivity through customer targeting, frequency analyses and trigger testing.
* Develop success factors to monitor, measure and communicate results of key marketing strategies and tactics. Drive monthly reporting and profiling of our customer base to identify and implement effective customer-specific marketing activities.
* Serve as principal marketing lead on CRM database technical management and optimization, ensure customer data is captured and maintained in compliance with Data Management Laws
* Identify and report P&L impact of marketing activities, consistently conduct cost-benefit analysis, for all programs and channels.Position RequirementsPosition Requirements:
* Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Statistics; MBA preferred
* Minimum 7 year's experience in CRM, database and/or loyalty marketing, with a multi-channel retailer or manufacturer
* Possess a good understanding of effective data mining techniques and current industry methodologies, trends and best practices
* Experience with CRM/loyalty techniques, analytic tools and email broadcast resources and services
* Strong experience managing email programs and an email service provider resulting in proven incremental sales benefit, database growth, and customer activity improvement
* Experience developing successful SMS/MMS/RMM strategies and campaigns
* Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data, and effectively manage both people and budgetary resources
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; maintain positive and productive relationships with internal functional areas and vendors. Persuasive in presenting complex data and concepts to groups.
