The in-house agency team at World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter for its Wilmington, MA office with demonstrated skills in email, web, print, and social media who can connect with consumers and truly own the messaging for several partner brands. Responsibilities

* Take copywriting responsibility for approximately 7 assigned brands from our partner portfolio; collaborate on brand strategy/positioning and deliver programs that create excitement and increase web traffic
* Engage in the strategic development of email, web, social, and print marketing communications
* Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and propose solutions for improving engagement
* Enhance the messaging of new product offers and write supporting web copy to help launch promotions accurately and quickly, handling updates and last-minute requests as needed
* Create and optimize web copy to drive search engine traffic, while also providing the relevant content our customers need to move them further along in their shopping experience
* Recommend content based on valid and supporting data points, using industry best-practices to improve effectiveness and customer experience
* Provide original ideas to support creative strategies; willingly offer and accept critique of copy and implement best ideas
* Participate openly and enthusiastically in brainstorming sessions and other planning activities
* Collaborate with other copywriters, designers, web developers, product marketers, and partner brand managers to deliver a clear vision to the messaging of each piece

Qualifications

* Serious candidates MUST submit URLs to their portfolios demonstrating superior writing skills
* BS/BA degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or English
* Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience in direct-to-consumer marketing in a fast-paced corporate, creative, or agency environment
* Proficiency, creativity, and accuracy in copywriting, self-editing, proofreading, and researching while consistently offering creative and viable solutions
* Knowledge of best practices for email, web, print, and SEO
* Ability to incorporate the tone, style, and overall voice of various consumer brands
* Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritization
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
