We are looking for a content marketing manager to lead creation and marketing of long-form and short-form content that delves into some of the hottest topics in B2B tech: IoT, Digital Thread, Industrie 4.0, and product innovation. Our goal is to create content that builds awareness and educates prospects while converting them at each phase of the Buyer's Journey.

For this net new position, we need a content marketing manager who can think strategically, execute hands on, work with customers, and advise stakeholders. Our ideal candidate must bring a customer-first mindset and the desire to build a robust content program from the ground up. The marketing content generated by this position will be the foundation of our awareness programs, outbound engagement campaigns, and inbound web experience.

B2B technology experience is critical, but you will also be surrounded by some of the best subject matter experts in the industry and have a killer product as a backdrop i.e., there is a lot of source material available. We need a great team player to bring it to light.

What You'll Do

* Drive overall content strategy to align with inbound and account-based marketing philosophy
* Develop range of editorial content: whitepapers, case studies, corporate blog, social
* Map content to Buyer's Journey and assess right content, right channel, right time
* Curate content library: maximize content use, refresh existing, and/or create/commission new
* Create and maintain editorial calendar, and enforce editorial quality
* Work cross-functionally, particularly with Product Marketing, to align content with buyer and user personas
* Determine KPIs and best ways to measure content effectiveness and contribution to pipeline
* Provide general editorial expertise that contributes to overall marketing excellence

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism
* 7 years of experience in a B2B technology environment
* Understanding of content impact/utility in SEO, SEM, and PPC
* Strong verbal, written, and interview skills
* Logical thought and story building capability
* Strong relationship building skills
* Strong project management capability and focus
