What you'll do:

As Search Marketing Senior Analyst, you'll help lead the execution of tactical components within integrated SEM campaigns. You'll play a key role in the strategy, planning and reporting of SEM campaigns. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

* Serving as the primary contact in fielding SEM challenges, solving issues to achieve (and exceed) campaign goals
* Taking direct responsibility for revenue generation on behalf of the media capability
* Assisting in developing media capability training sessions that can be used by global media offices
* Actively participating in meetings and proactively identifying campaign execution issues
* Assimilating data from multiple sources, compiling the information and drawing actionable conclusions that can be measured and reported
* Working directly with the VP/Director, SEM to establish performance metrics, report results and foster client and vendor relationships
* Translating campaign/client goals into SEM strategic tactics and effectively executing those tactics
* Implementing Paid Search best practices, providing refinement and optimization recommendations
* Monitoring emerging industry trends and communicating them both internally and externally
* Leveraging and developing proficiencies with SEM tools and resources
* Developing campaign copy/creative – text-based titles and descriptions – and tagging traffic or creative elements to sites per the creative rotation instructions

We're looking for a talented Senior Analyst who is also a delight to work with, which usually includes:

* A four-year degree, and 2 to 4 years of online media experience, preferably SEM
* Strong ability to work closely within a team structure to problem solve, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning and buying process, as well as cross-channel media tools
* Expertise in managing numbers and proficiency in executing approved media buys
* A firm pulse on the media marketplace and to provide insights into campaign results
* A detail-oriented approach to achieving objectives
* Strong communication skills – you're clear and concise
* Willingness to travel as needed – you're open to new places, new faces and new ideas
