The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the digital acquisitions strategies and campaign management for the Citi / American Airlines AAdvantage Cobrands portfolio with primary focus on developing and executing on partner digital email channels.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with American Airlines and will lead offer and robust test strategy development inclusive of test and learn philosophy. In addition, oversee end-to-end campaign management and execution of multiple projects, including implementation of marketing campaigns, creative development, tracking and posting of results, forecasting, invoicing and contractual reporting. Own channel results and reporting out with reviews and recommendation in a timely fashion to impact channel growth. Build and maintain relationships with key external partner and internal partners in product, legal, compliance, risk & decision management, fulfillment and delivery, etc. to ensure full alignment of business goals and leveraging standards and practices, where applicable. Develop goals and channel aspirations to align to each year and benchmark against results. Identify and research new marketing and technical opportunities for channel growth as well as analyze performance data, competitive assessments, and present opportunities, risks, and recommendations needed to maintain and grow market share.

The Marketing Manager will also be responsible with weekly and monthly dashboard update as well as any ad hoc MIS and presentation requests.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing (email, site, external affiliates, mobile), be a self-starter who is able to be strategic and dive into the details while juggling and coordinating multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously.

* Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals. Strong project management skills required to lead the development and implementation of multiple marketing campaigns
* Strong project and creative management experience combined with strong people leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication is required. Ability to maintain an extreme focus on detail while managing multiple work streams simultaneously
* Ability to step in to role and pick up programs and projects mid-stream and manage them to completion
* The ability to adapt to changes as well as thrive in a dynamic and continually evolving environment. The ability to rapidly assimilate and report on complex information is necessary
* Problem solver and analytical. Demonstrate ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within financial services and travel with a specific focus on digital CoBrands acquisitions and partner marketing (ideally travel and hospitality segment)
* Experience in managing partner relationships and external vendors/agencies a must
* Bachelors degree required
