Responsible for managing all SEM and paid social activities such as digital display, Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, manage rankings on all major search networks. Manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize digital ad spend and ROI.

Responsibilities

* Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and recommending budget options, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
* Track report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiative and campaigns
* Execute testing and collect, analyze and report data. Identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns and social paid advertising
* Oversee copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
* Manage ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
* Research and analyze competitor advertising links
* Develop and implement link building strategy
* Manage Digital Specialist to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, WebTrends)
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
* Experience with bid management tools
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
* Minimum of 7 years Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
* Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
* Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
