Digital Marketing Manager

If you live and breathe digital marketing, wewant to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop,implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across alldigital channels.

You should have a strong grasp of currentmarketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketingcampaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work withthe marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors tolaunch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute allweb, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
* Measure and reportperformance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIand KPIs)
* Identify trends andinsights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
* Brainstorm new andcreative growth strategies
* Plan, execute, andmeasure experiments and conversion tests
* Collaborate withinternal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
* Utilize stronganalytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touch points
* Instrument conversionpoints and optimize user funnels
* Collaborate withagencies and other vendor partners
* Evaluate emergingtechnologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption whereappropriate

Requirements:

* BS/MS degree inmarketing or a related field
* Proven workingexperience in digital marketing
* Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/ordisplay advertising campaigns
* Highly creative withexperience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns thatengage, inform and motivate
* Experience in optimizinglanding pages and user funnels
* Experience with A/Band multivariate experiments
* Solid knowledge ofwebsite analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,WebTrends)
* Working knowledge ofad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
* Experience in settingup and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
* Working knowledge ofHTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
* Strong analyticalskills and data-driven thinking
* Up-to-date with thelatest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Desired Qualifications:

College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
