84 Lumber, the nation's leading privately held building materials supplier, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help develop, analyze, and optimize all forms of digital marketing.

The successful candidate will have a passion for corporate brand development and the roles digital and social marketing play in communicating and amplifying a brand. The candidate will have demonstrated success in the B2B space. The candidate must be creative, proactive, highly organized, deadline-driven and results-oriented. Excellent communication and writing skills and strong analytic skills are a must.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the 84 Lumber brand marketing team, responsible for:

* Website management: Overseeing and leading website redesign efforts in conjunction with our agency of record; keeping content on new website fresh and current via CMS; developing new websites as needed to support emerging brand objectives.
* Email marketing: Building our email databases, developing email editorial calendars, and managing and reporting on email campaigns.
* Social media management: Evaluating social media platforms against 84 Lumber's brand and communication objectives; developing 84 Lumber's presence on selected social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Houzz, LinkedIn; creating editorial calendars, curating and creating content; managing social posting, engaging and moderating social communities.
* Paid digital media: Working with our agency of record to execute and report on paid media campaigns including PPC, social media ads, pre-roll and video advertising, sponsored and native ad opportunities, etc.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

* Wear a project manager hat, helping to prioritize and delegate digital work among internal and external teams
* Work effectively with third party digital, social and public relation companies, key stakeholders, and other marketing team members
* Create and implement strong content for digital advertising, on-site content, email marketing, social media and affiliate marketing
* Implement and execute blogger campaigns and social outreach programs
* Write promotional content (social media, emails, etc.
* Develop promotional schedule including marketing opportunities and expenditures
* Maintain dashboard metrics to analyze and generate actionable objectives

Required Education

* The minimum requirements for this position are a Fifth year College or University program certificate; and 5 years specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications

* At least 5 years of demonstrated digital marketing experience
* Google Analytics expertise
* Demonstrated experience running paid media campaigns via Google AdWords,Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Paid Pins, and more
* Experience working in a variety of website content management systems
* Experience developing digital marketing performance reports and deriving actionable insights from reporting
* Experience working in a variety of email management systems (MailChimp, Constant Contact, and ExactTarget)
* Experience with mobile advertising, SMS technology, and digital marketing in retail environments a big plus
* Experience with project management and team collaboration tools like Trello or Jira
* Must have a proven interest, passion and excitement in social media, technology and online advertising
* Must have strong communication and writing skills
* Expert in PowerPoint & Excel
* Must be able to provide proof of winning campaigns
