BSSP is looking for someone who is relentlessly curious, passionate about advertising, riveted by the evolving PLATFORM BASED BUYING MARKETPLACE (SEARCH, PROGRAMMATIC, SOCIAL), creative, analytical, collaborative, and detail oriented.

We need someone who monitors PROGRAMMATIC trends daily, IMAGINES HOW THE PROGRAMMATIC MARKETPLACE WILL EVOLVE, AND CAN PLAN AND BUY WITHIN OUR PROGRAMMATIC PLATFORM

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Works closely with media planning team to understand how programmatic can help accomplish business goals and deliver on media strategies
* Ensuring the trading desk is being used to fully leverage other digital buys
* In charge of placing and optimizing all programmatic buys, and pulling reporting from the trading desk software platform
* Format data pulls into organized, analyzable spreadsheets. Walk media and data analytics teams through findings
* Continually review campaign performance/pacing and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented
* Works closely with the in-house trading desk, the internal media and analytics teams to understand current tool capabilities and identify opportunities to deliver improved performance for clients through tool enhancements
* Work with Director of Performance Marketing to identify opportunities to enhance our offering through acquisition of additional tools, data, or resources
* Understand how programmatic works within the performance marketing ecosystem for any given plan
* Create training documents that help creative and strategy teams understand potential usage of programmatic strategically and creatively for learning and messaging
* Write POVs, white papers, and case studies for distribution internally and externally on trends in the programmatic marketplace, and aggregated agency learnings

* The ability to deliver quickly and accurately
* Clear and concise written and verbal skills
* Strength in storytelling
* Two plus years of experience in planning and buying programmatic, including management of large complex campaigns
* Strong familiarity with DSPs and DMPs
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
