The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for driving all communications materials targeted within the Remodel, Unspecified Single Family and Repair and Replace (R&R) markets that will appear within wholesale showrooms. The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will implement a practical understanding of best in class communication materials, B2B content development, digital marketing, and ability to drive ROI.

  • Responsibilities:

    * Lead the development and execution of Marketing Communications strategies and initiatives for the Moen brand that will appear within the showroom environment and is targeted at the plumber
    * In conjunction with Segment Marketing, assist in the creation of the annual Situation Analysis and three-year Strategic Plan providing recommendations for initiatives to drive revenue goals
    * Deliver B2B-focused impactful, integrated, digital marketing programs that drive visible business results, with specific focus on:
    * Showroom digital experiential marketing via apps and digital merchandising
    * Managing and optimizing the design, content, digital User Experience (UX) of our annual Showroom of Distinction digital marketing materials
    * Managing all communication materials and training for Moen's consultant incentive program, Cash Flow Rewards
    * Managing all communications materials as part of Contractor Rewards, Moen's loyalty rewards program aimed at the plumber
    * Creating digital communications materials for Ferguson Rewards to drive product growth goals with this strategic account
    * Manage new product commercialization process for SKUs that are targeted at the Remodel, Unspecified Single Family and R&R markets
    * Partner with the Merchandising team on signage and Point of Purchase (POP) materials for the plumbing counter and showroom environment
    * Partner with the Customer Experience (CX) Communications team on Inspire event planning, Moen's exclusive industry events targeted at the professional
    * Measure and optimize trade email programs against customer lifecycle Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through performance of creative cadence, targeting, etc.
    * Deliver reporting and insight that accurately measures the delivery and performance of campaigns on a monthly, and quarterly basis
    * Manage relationships with creative agencies, suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality content and marketing programs

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's Degree is required (preferably in Marketing or Business)
    * Minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing communications related field; prior ad agency experience is a plus but is not required
    * Demonstrated experience organizing and directing agency partners
    * Strong budget and project management skills
    * Demonstrated expertise in new product commercialization from creative ideation to implementation
    * Demonstrated digital abilities, with w orking knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design and email environments
    * Fluency in web design and architecture - wireframing, UX, and site architecture experience is a plus
    * Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate at all levels in the organization
    * Demonstrated ability to define and measure marketing program effectiveness
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding attention to detail
