Senior MarketingManager – AFH Appliances

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsiblefor autonomously leading key initiatives to drive the growth of Keurig GreenMountain's (Keurig's) US Away From Home Hot Appliance business and fulfill the business'strategic direction with high attention to concept to market execution.

In this role, you will help to set anddeliver the appliance customer strategy for the Away from Home Business andcraft programs that activate the objectives of the US Hot Appliance strategicimperatives. You will take on a key ownership role as part of new productdevelopment core cross functional teams and provide product/marketingleadership on cross-category business initiatives.

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES: 1direct report: Marketing Manager – AFH Appliances

What you will do:

* Develop andrefine our appliance customer strategy; Identify lucrative opportunities for systemgrowth
* Define key performance indicators (KPI's) for the appliancebusiness
* Participatein key strategic initiatives for the organization as a commercialrepresentative
* Play anintegral role within the development of the US Away from Home Hot Appliance productroadmap, portfolio strategy and innovation plan to ensure that productdevelopment will meet customer needs and aligns with the appliance customerstrategy
* Lead andmanage relationships with key strategic accounts and help them to deliver on appliancecustomer strategy
* Analyzemarket data, consumer insights, competitive intelligence and productperformance and make strategic recommendations about product and product lineplans
* Manage the implementation of channel specific appliance strategies for Workplace (Office Coffee Service & Office Products Industry) and Foodservice
* Buildcustomer or channel programs and promotions that ensure that all core productline initiatives and new product development programs meet consumers' needs,maximize distributor potential and drive Keurig system adoption
* Work with marketing teams to create and coordinate the internaland customer communication for product, product, price, promotion, etc. includingbest in class selling materials
* Providestrategic direction and help to deliver joint business planning meeting and topto top presentations
* Present atSales Meetings/USBU Meetings / Customer Meetings
* Mentorfellow team members to leverage their skill sets and enable them to gaincritical business experience
* Act as astrong role model for peers and lower level marketing colleagues
* Manage andcoach the Marketing Manager of AFH Appliances
* Develop newrelationships and on the job learning experiences working alongside Innovation,Product Management, Beverage and Partner team colleagues
* Drivecontinuous improvement of product line through collaboration with ProductMarketing team to ensure products meet emerging consumer and customer needs andoptimize business performance
* Act as a leaderwithin the "hub of the wheel", running the cross-functional teams that executenew programs, launch products with excellence and track ongoing businessresults
* Develop strategicrecommendations, earn consensus, and lead implementation across crossfunctional program partners, and leaders both internally and externally; Presentstrategic recommendations to senior management

What you must have:

* Bachelor'sin Business Administration, Marketing required, MBA preferred
* Minimum 10years of experience in sales, sales strategy, brand and / or product managementwith BA, minimum 7 years of experience with MBA
* 5 years of experiencewithin consumer packaged goods and / or beverage related industries
* Strong brandmanagement, strategic and analytical capabilities
* Demonstrated success introducing products to similar commercialmarket(s)
* Ability to lead cross functional teams
* Highlycollaborative mindset; experienced at working cross-functionally to driveresults
* Ability toact as a positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to newchallenges
* Ability to manage highly complex projects with strong attention todetail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense ofurgency
* Highadaptability; Ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity
* Good judgment, understanding when to involve others in thedecision-making process
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with all levelsof the organization and externally with partners
* Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail to ensuretight deadlines are met both internally and externally
* Experiencebuilding and delivering compelling presentations to multiple audience levels,including senior leadership and retail customers
* Ability totravel 25-30% of time
