Our goal is to offer an inspirational and modern workplace that allows for exceptional talent to thrive.Primary Purpose:This individual will be an innovator and progressive thinker who will work collaboratively across multiple corporate teams and channels of business with the specific aim to acquire new customers for both the Women’s & Men’s categories as well as manage the overall strategic marketing development for the North America business.In order to achieve the goal of broadening the awareness of the Coach brand transformation at scale this person will be responsible for providing the necessary market and internally provided research to build the framework that directs the targeted outbound tactics for both the NA Media (print, online and social) and CRM (print and digital) as well as provide the proper context to the Product Development team in order to inform key decision for forthcoming collections. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to… Lead new client acquisition programs across the outbound channels of Media and CRM to drive the North America business Provide Quantitative Road Maps marking key points in the brand’s transformation to guide the macro strategies Analyze assortments both existing and future across both the Women’s & Men’s categories to uncover key insights directly influencing the go-forward plans Examine and define targeted consumer behavior patterns to uncover inflection points and areas of opportunity Deliver deep analytical dives into the competition in order to devise specific tactics to their customer bases Review and report on all campaigns to continually optimize effectiveness Work on daily reporting & bid and budget optimization to improve the ROI of the campaigns The accomplished individual will possess… BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience At least 5 – 7 years marketing experience, Retail preferred 5+ years of experience in lead generation and/or direct response marketing Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measurement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven and dynamic environment Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational/Project Management skills required Ability to self-direct, manage ambiguity and flex to changing business needs Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong business and financial acumen Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word Coach is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and we pride ourselves on hiring and developing the best people.
